Our government today is as unresponsive to it's citizens, (the legal ones) as the French Aristocracy was to the peasants (taxpayers) of France in the late 18th century.

You idiots....(me included)....why would you let such a perverted bunch of clowns have any of your hard earned money? They sit on their thrones of luxury, living large on the citizen’s nickel, in the town which does nothing but take from the taxpayers. Yes, I’m talking about Washington DC, a town the taxpayers of the USofA have bought and paid for over and over and over again. What do we get for our money? Screwed, left and right, and left right where the sin occurred. The BigWigs of Government think they are bulletproof and unreachable. Surely you remember how in June of last year, the number 2 (fitting) Democrat in the Senate likened America's treatment of the cold-blooded-killer islamic terrorists, YES, compared our treatment of them to the treatment that innocent Jews in Germany received by Hitler, and innocent Christians received at the hands of the liberal leftists, in the Soviet Gulags.

Even if you could fabricate, extrapolate or excavate a good word that the Clinton family has said about the Bush family in the past, I would ask you to carbon date it, for it must be fake. The Clinton’s (Hill and Bill) hate the Bush Family. That really is a shame, but there is a paper, video, and audio record of this fact. Anyone with internet access can find the proof.

1. The teachers union NEA has a larger percentage of pedophiles in their ranks than the Catholic Church Hierarchy has ever had.

Food? Who needs it?

I woke up this morning with no appetite, no desire for food. That is unusual, and especially so since I didn’t snack out before going to bed last night. “Wow, maybe my diet is working” I thought. Noon came and passed, and I still wasn’t hungry……”great, my stomach is shrinking” I thought.
It is well past 4 o’clock pm now, and I still am not hungry, though it has been 23 hours from my last feeding. I may have found a secret diet. I know myself, (since I’ve lived as myself for sometime now) and it was evident that there will be no more food consumed by me today…none. Want to know more about my recently discovered diet?

Finally

Finally! A solution to a problem at Sanity's Bluff.
My wordiness was getting in the way of my creativeness.
Let me explain. Blogger(Google) is the best blog host on the internet, period: And the cost is reasonable(FREE). I am a longwinded blogger, so between my creative posts at Sanity's Bluff there are sometimes, long, boring rants of mine. Some people like the rants enough to read them, yet most people just surfing around the web...will leave a wordy blog as fast as you can say, "Test tomorrow on subjugating verbs". I have found that when I surf to a new blog, I always use the scroll bar to scroll rapidly through the front page of the blog. If there are no pictures, comics or flashing eye candy........I read a few sentences then quickly decide whether to leave or stay.
So the first page of a blog is so very important. If I post a longwinded rant, it buries previous creative material, and it is hard to balance words with fluff. I always liked those blogs that the blog author gives a little tease sentence, and then a link to the long winded rant; but could never figure out how to incorporate it here at Sanity's Bluff. Hopefully this problem is now settled, and this will make Sanity's Bluff, more enjoyable.

Yes, know that the ultralibs are salivating at the possibility of the Dems becoming the majority party in the Senate and House of Representatives, so that George Walker Bush can be impeached, but, let’s talk about it rationally.
George Bush will become an ex-president on Jan. 21, 2009. (No, he won’t be impeached; all of that is a pipedream of the leftists, a pipedream, proving to the voters of this fine land, that nothing matters to the leftists more than political power. They have no plan to protect me, my children or grandchildren from terrorists that have sworn to their bloodthirsty god, that all infidels in America will be killed. They have only one plan for America; Impeaching GW. Nothing is more important to them, it is constant 24/7, get BUSH. You want to talk about hate crimes; you are witnessing hate crimes on a grand scale. Forged Documents presented to the citizens by a public broadcasting TV network that was a hate crime.
But George Walker Bush will leave the White House with dignity, not the silverware. He will become an ex-president with class. It was not so long ago that Presidents left the job, and left politics behind. I mean, what more could a politician attain? It is only recently that Presidents have left office and stayed in the political limelight, criticizing the one who now holds the office. What are they hoping to accomplish or attain? Presidency of the world?
What's with the ex-presidents?? Not all of them, just C & C. The ones who leave the office only to start bashing the President that America elects to replace them??? Jimmy (couldn't win an election for dog catcher now) Carter is a disgrace to America, and placed some of the most disgraceful judges on benches of justice. If there was cosmic justice, Jimmy would be struck dumb. Yes, yes, I know he is dumb, but I was talking about him losing his ability to talk. His droaning voice becomes animated only when he critizing my nation. His speech is banal and irritating. I consider him one of Americas worst Presidents. You'll lose any debate about this, I remember, I lived in America when he ran the show.
And then there is Bill (not too fond of America now) Clinton who has been bashing the Man America chose to replace him on a regular basis. Yes, the moment he leaves this nations borders, Clinton puts on that 'Them, not me' mask, and the Euroslugs and Muslims eat his garbage up. If Clinton is speaking overseas somewhere? I'll guarantee you that his speech will contain criticism of America, and some of the speech, down right vicous lies.
Oh those ex-presidents, the ones living large at taxpayers expense???"But" you say, "they are paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to give speeches in France, Egypt and the Gaza Strip".
Think now, it is very expensive to protect our ex-presidents. Just to protect Clinton&Carter on their Bash America trips overseas, costs the taxpayers a bundle of money. Secret Service men and women, pretrip scouting, emergency equipment, security people and security hardware is expensive.
Maybe someone could use the freedom of information act to find out exactly what it costs the taxpayers to protect C & C while they travel overseas to bash America.
And, someone should check the water in the White House, There must be two water sources there, one for Democrats and one for Republicans. The two ex-presidents clinton and carter have not had a good word to say about George W. in 5 years, and have spoken very few good words about America. Can you say ungrateful ********I have never heard a Republican ex-President act or speak foolishly. I will bet you a dime to a donut when George W. leaves the white house in Jan. of 2009, there will be no need to count the silverware, and he will never speak badly of the nation he led or the President that replaces him. He will be a gentleman. Carter? Clinton?
They prove how unworthy they were of the presidency by what they are saying now.
It's a disgrace, and will help keep Democrats out of the oval office in the future.

Another History Quiz

Most of America’s Founding Fathers, Presidents, Senators, Congressional Representatives, Attorney Generals and Judges…Learned to read and ‘rite and do ‘rithmetic, in the same institution of learning. Yes, most of our nation’s leaders from day one (sometime in the 1700’s) until 2006 learned the necessary skills that would be needed to successfully lead this Great Experiment in Democracy, in the same School. The actual number is so impressive; I wonder why no one has suggested building a monument to this school?

No, it wasn’t Yale, Harvard, Oxford or Princeton, but I’m sure if you think hard enough you’ll figure it out. Here is a hint…… It is the same school that every President was born in until Jimmy Carter was born in 1926.

Still puzzled? Why am I not surprised? Presidents being born and schooled in the same institution?

It is a school that was almost boarded up and forgotten by time, but a few concerned people worked hard to keep this school standing, and it is thriving today in the United States of America.

It is of course THE HOME SCHOOL. Long before even the one room school houses, there were home schools, you know, way back in the dark ages when mothers loved their children enough to teach them how to be human.

If you manage to get ahead, federal, state, county, and city governments will be there to pick your pockets. Taxes…..taxes, are necessary so that the selfimportant leaders can keep their power.
Immorality…..(the churches in Europe were demanding that the working class pay more for redemption, when it was not theirs to give)

Predictions trump Memories

I don’t spend much time thinking about the past.
Yesterday can’t help me face today.
Tomorrow can’t help me today.
I try to avoid thinking about the past.
I am a personal friend of the one who holds forever in His hand.
And He has told me not to worry about tomorrow,
He has everything under control.

Occasionally; someone says something that takes me back to the past, and forces me to make it across that bridge that all the water flowed under.

I haven’t been blogging much lately. I need to learn time management. Time management is my project for my soon approaching 60th. Never too late?
Since I haven’t spent much time pimping my blog lately………comments are becoming scarce here at Sanity’s Bluff.

Shane, the creator of one of my favorite blogs, ReflekShins left a comment at Sanity’s Bluff, that made me think about, yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Here is a comment Shane left here at Sanity’s Bluff. It was left after Shane read a longwinded blogarticle of mine, about farmers, in China, in America and in trouble. The article was "Your Grandparents May Have Been Farmers!"
Shanes comment was simply…

singing - "Where have all the farmers gone?"

It is thoughtful comments like this, that make life a little more enjoyable.

Upon reading Shane's comment, my mind naturally recalled one of my favorite songs in my early 60’s life, that was Pete Seeger, singing “Where have all the flowers gone?” (it amazes me how someone as young as Shane knows so much about things that happened before he was born).

It was songs like this that inspired me in my youth. Since I left my youth behind; no one has ever asked me the question, “Which artist, musician or politician inspired you the most?” That probably is because I am a nothing (who would care to know what inspired me) and insignificant nothings need no inspiration to fail.

But if I had of been asked, I would have told the truth…Buffy Sainte-Marie.

Go google my inspiration, and figure?

Cyberspace: Somewhere you tell your children to avoid,
And when you have a few minutes of free time......there you go!

Fast Food Joint: Your diet tells you this is the place to avoid.
And when you pull into the drive thru……you hope your indulgence won’t show!

Graveyard: Somewhere you are trying to avoid.
And when you drive past one, you glance at your children hoping…….they don’t know?

Church of Christ: You know it exists; it’s just a place to avoid.
And when you finally attend…….you wish time would go slow.

So that you have the time to learn what you thought you should avoid.

Sanity Returns?

Perhaps some sanity is returning to our nation’s highest court.


Universities must play by the rules

Surely somewhere, Larry Summers is smirking. Back in 2001, the Harvard president had the nerve to suggest that the military comes in for some pretty shabby treatment on college campuses - a view so “controversial” it helped lead to his ouster.

Now, if Harvard wants to continue banning military recruiters from campus (never mind its ban on ROTC), it will have to find an extra $400 million in the budget.

The Pentagon scored a much-needed victory for its recruiting efforts when the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously upheld a law that allows the federal government to withhold funding from universities that ban military recruiting on campus.

A slew of recruiting bans were enacted after the Pentagon adopted the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy on gays in the military, which many schools consider discriminatory.

We have to assume the ivory-tower academics squawking about the inhumanity of it all are the same ones who (rightly) championed Title IX, which carries the same loss-of-funding should campuses discriminate on the basis of sex. Of course, “anti-military” discrimination isn’t exactly condemned in the halls of academia.
