Excercise Program for Seniors

I have never asked for a senior citizen discount, nor will I. But I am finding more and more places that give a SCD to me, without asking. I don’t argue anymore, I just take it.

But looks can be deceiving, I am a strong person, I have worked at physically hard jobs all of my life, and still have a well of strength I can call upon, if it is needed. Enough about me, I want to share with you the physical fitness program that has helped me so much in my senior years. You too, can benefit from this exercise regiment, even if you are but 50 years of age. So here is your opportunity to learn from someone who knows a little about senior citizen excercise.

First and foremost, if you wish to strengthen your arm and shoulder muscles, it will take a physical exercise program. Your arms and shoulders are very important, since, when your legs give up, you can still have strong arms and shoulders, even in your wheelchair.

Here is the program I developed, and it can work for you also.

Three times a week devote 30 minutes to exercise. That’s only an hour and a half a week, you can do it.

Here is the whole progressive fitness program, I have developed.

Week 1, each of the three days you choose to exercise, find a comfortable place, have ice water and a towel nearby, while you TAKE A 5 POUND POTATO SACK IN EACH HAND, and extend stiffened arms straight out and attempt to hold them stretched out with the weight for at least one minute. Try until you succeed, it will be rewarding.
Week 2, replace the 5 pound potato sacks with 10 pound potato sacks. If you have been diligent in your exercise, you will be feeling the strengthening of your arms and shoulders!
Week 3, here is a large step, start using 25 pound potato sacks. Hang in there, it will work. You’ll soon start noticing your strength returning. Don’t stop now.
Week 4, by now you should be feeling like a teenager, so work with 50 pound potato sacks.
Week 5, now the real test….the 100 pound potato sacks.

Just think of all you have accomplished.

Congratulations, If you have followed webloafers 'exercise for seniors' program for five weeks, you will be feeling better about yourself. And, you will be stronger. At this point you can keep up the regiment of exercise that has made you feel good, or you can go on to the next level of webloafer's exercise program.
Week 6, add one potato to each of the 5 pound potato sacks…and keep on exercising.
Week 7,

Yes I misspelled virgins but the message is clear, the islamists who preach sexual purity, (WHAT A LAUGH) promise their suicidal sons that they will have multiple sexual experiences upon finishing the killings.

Think about it, the perverts of islam have no use for women here on earth, and the women of islam have nothing to look forward to after death than more subjegation and brutality, if they are not virgins. Yes the fate of the women of islam in the next life is not much better than their their fate today at the hands of the perverts of islam.

Why Blog?

If you haven’t asked yourself that question,
You must be flying on autopilot, with your audio, visual, and maybe even your olfactory senses turned off.

Let’s start with the olfactory being turned off……

”I blog because I know my conversational skills suck, in fact they smell”
“Maybe no one will notice?”
Yeah, as in no one notices a fart in a theater?

“But my blog has visual highlights?”
Yeah, sure, you probably grabbed a .jpg from the net* cropped it a little and used it as eye candy to deemphasize your lack of writing skill.

But what about my blogs audio or video…..?
That is the cyber scream that a smart blogger avoids, because it is a hopeless scenario, no audio of video blog work correctly…and, dah, most people are smart enough to surf without sound, until they find a tune they want to hear….then they reach over and turn the sound on.
Audio and video blogging is like, admitting to the world that..”I have nothing of importance to say today, so I’ll blog music……and video, because that will make all of the random surfers forget that my writing is bad”

Are you a curious blogger? No video or audio could conceal my own poor writing skills at Sanity's Bluff. Hey, I don't package and sell my blog as literature, it is a long, involved rant. Rants get a break with the English teachers, I hope.

Chris Muir is a cartoonist whose work (Day by Day)has been featured here at Sanity's Bluff; well, almost from day one of his internet cartooning. His cartoon 'Day by Day' has brought me chuckles on a regular schedule.
But at Sanity's Bluff his great cartoon strip is presented each day, as the first comic in my cartoon section.
The cartoon section of Sanity's Bluff is on the back page, (bottom) of the paper (blog).
Today I simply must feature it on the first page, because it is one of his best.

Move over American hating Canuck.....Doonesburg ain't funny anymore, it is liberal dribble. Day by Day is much more thought provoking, we all know that the commie canuck's hate the USofA, so why should I plop down two quarters to buy a yellow rag that has such anti-American cartoons featured, as Doonebury.....?

When Chris Muir is syndicated and it is picked up by the commie yellow rag in my town, I may buy one of the papers. Oh, I'll clip enough coupons to get my money back, but it would be a pleasure to support such a talented cartoonist, with the head screwed on right.

Scientist's say.........

A truck driver starting a sentence with the words….”You’ll never believe this”..is akin to a media newsreader starting a sentence with the words….”Scientists say”

If it were not for meteorologists, scientists would be at the top of the Unreliable List.

I know technically meteorologists are scientists, just less accurate scientists. They are scientists without portfolios......they do no laboratory work; they stare at computer readouts, radar screens and quigi boards, hour upon hour and come up with the weather for tomorrow. It must be nice to have a high paying job that requires no set level of accuracy. My occupation requires 100% accuracy 100% of the time, or death or injury is certain. Hey, I like driving…..I’m just driving home a point.

I am working on a list of scientific lies that the media has used in their attempt to sway public opinion. Can you say global warming? How about the predicted ice age talked about in the 1970’s? It seems like it happens once a year; scientists proclaim they have found another proof of evolution. Folks, evolution is a theory. How could someone enjoy this beautiful planet and deny the creator His due? Need I remind you what God has called those that say there is no God? They are fools, God said it, I believe it and that's that. God's word is enough for me.

Why would anyone listen to the theories of a fool?

The theory of evolution VS the reality of the Creator.

Which side are you on?

If I have placed my faith in God, and if there is no God, what do I lose upon death?
If you proclaim there is no God, and you are wrong..(I pity you)..what excuse will you have on judgment day? Will you try to convince God that scientists led you astray?

Whoops, let's get back to the hilarious, and leave the serious behind.

When the scientific community starts delving into the medical community things really get hilarious. If I had quit consuming everything scientists have said is dangerous, deadly or carcinogenic, I would not be here to laugh with you about the stupidity of the science community, for I would have starved to death long ago, for I hate tofu and bean sprouts.

I mean like, if I listened to every scientist.....I would be eating tofu, breakfast, lunch and dinner......and could not drink coffee. Ain't gonna happen, you can have all of the tofu and bean sprouts.,..go ahead, have at it.....and I'll have the last laugh, a caffeinated laugh.

Try taking the coffee cup out of a truck drivers hands...go ahead...I dare you. I'm 60 years old and lack 7 inches from being six foot tall........just try it.

Yes, the scientific community has stumbled into truth occasionally, (a broken clock displays the correct time two times each day) but need you be reminded that a doctor proclaims his practice as that…..practice. I suggest we tell it like it is in the future and say…..practicing scientist.

Isn’t gore the bore, a great scientist?

After inventing the internet, and various other wonders, he is now a preacher. He preaches at the pulpit of the ‘there is no God church.’ Yes, he does, Gore claims that mankind is destroying the planet earth.

The one who created the universe would never allow man to destroy it.

God tells us how this planet will cease to exist…….it will be by the hand of God. The man who thinks mankind can destroy God’s earth is an arrogant boob. I am not suggesting that we should trash the planet out and kill off animals en masse. Just give the creator a little respect and believe what He has said.

Yes algore is preaching up a storm, lecturing all of us while he remains one of the most blatant polluters. Yes, it appears that algore is eating a lot of the things his scientist buddies say will kill you. Yes, alfatgore has a lot of extra fat he will not need if the world gets warmer like he preaches. He looks like he is storing up fat for the ice age that the scientist of the ’60’s said was fast approaching. Yes the scientist of the ’70's scared me….they predicted an ice age that no one could survive, and blamed it on humanity. Well not all humanity, just those of the USofA.
