Memorial Day 2006
If you only have time to view one video tribute this Memorial Day,
here is the one I recommend.
AubreyJ was already blogging when I started blogging. His tributes are great. He is an unabashed patriot.
This is AubreyJ’s video blog.
Here is a website with
some of the best tributes you’ll find.
Enjoy them, then check out the services and products they offer.
Did you know May is
National Military Appreciation Month?
This is a heavy metal tribute, and I have one request, download this rather than use this link over and over. The nice people who host this have limited bandwidth, and if you download the 12 MB Windows Media file you can watch it full screen, it is awesome, but......

Wow, I like that Die MF video. Great blog. Do you have help cooking up all of the insanity at Sanity Bluff?

We must always honor our heroes...nice dedication to true valor!
Keshi.
It's been a while since you've posted WL. Is all well in your neck of the woods?
Great post, by the way.
Jarhead,
Thanks for inquiring, it has been a rough week.
I have reached a place of complete fatigue over the events of the world.
While hundreds of thousands of our finest young men and women are risking everything for us, traitors like Benedict Murtha have condemned many of them to a certain death.
What most people have no clue of, is that Benedict Arnold was a war hero much like Murtha was, yet he became a traitor. He got his, Murtha deserves only what traitors deserve.
I have written a long article each of the last 5 days, but everything comes out wrong. I am sick of the blame America first, and in the case of the young marines in the brig near Insane Diego, they deserve the benifit of doubt, but they have been declared quilty by Murtha. No one in the world will believe the facts now, it is an act of treason to fan the enemies passion like this, just to get even for the impeachment of Clinton. Yes, that is mostly what this is all about, Liberal haters of America still mad that Mr. can't keep his fly buttoned Clinton, was caught in perjury. These scumbags are endangering a whole nation just to get even with one man.
It may come to this,
I would rather live in an America controlled by the USMilitary than one controlled by the socialists who are on the verge of victory.
I don't think anyone knows what is in store for the average citizen when the socialists get into complete power.
I am sick of these traitors and the press that glorifies them.
Have a week of vacation, maybe I'll calm down a little, but then again, I love my country and it is under assault here at home, and abroad.
Please remember Web_Loafer that the truth will come out. God is in control whether the libs like it or not. People are not attracted to insanity like the Michael Moore crowd displays and when the time comes to vote there will be more Democrats disgusted with their party than there will be Republicans. -
Thanks for the jogging of the mind, Prying one.
It just occurred to me while reading your comment that.....
Despair is a sin. When we fall victim to despair, we are in fact doubting God.
Everything is in the Creator’s hands, so why should I despair?
Ah, if we are in fellowship with God through His son Jesus Christ, the events of this world mean nothing more than a first step to forever.
I am reminded of an old song….
He’s got the whole world, in his hands, He’s got the whole world in His hands…..you know the song.
No problem WL - Anytime you need a kick in the head to jog your mind let me know. -
You have been a blessing to me more times than you know. More times than both of us know.
Now how about a rousing chorus af Kum-Bah-Jah! Break out the marshmellows.
