Didn't you hear the news? Brownie took the fall.
I think it is easy to blame Bush because everyone sees that the gov't as a whole is to blame and George Bush is the current face of American politics. It's much easier to blame one person rather than a faceless group of people.
But when it comes down to it he is to blame because George Bush hates midgets.
And Jay, please don't use "Brownie" when refering to people with the last name Brown, they really hate that.
