When Children Pray

This could be your young child's prayer.

Dear God,
Please make it stop, the killing, fighting and hatred.
And help our leaders in Washington D.C.
Please show them that they should be protecting us,
not fighting each other.
I want to grow up in a free country,
where I can pray to you.

Lady Mary.......Look at the comments closely and you will see that almost everyone gives the name they blog under. Just click on their names and you will be redirected to the blog for each person. You will see these are real people and readers here. I am sure they would all tell you they are not webloafer. Just Curious, why? Don't think I am working hard to attact readers, and keep those I have? Lady Mary I will not ban you, you are an intelligent woman, your views differ from mine, as long as you are somewhat civil, you are welcome here. It would be a dull world if everyone agreed with me.
Peace my friend.

You only keep the comments you like?

Blogger web_loafer said...

No geeeekgirl..all of the deleted comments are from one person. One bitter sniveling person that is determined to ruin any blog I have. That is the truth. I have no way to ban one person only. The only way that I can stop these harassing comments is to delete them. They all come from the same person. I love to talk with people that agree and disagree, but I cannot allow vulgarity and drunken hate to be displayed under my name. I hope you understand.

Excusssssseee Me,

Do I get extra points for becoming insane at your Sanity Bluffs?

I am ready to jump,

Man, like, you had the right word at the write time.

You don't know me.

I don't know you.

Can we be unacquainted friends???

Hey,
Did you copy that prayer from somewhere else on the 'net, or is it original?
It's awesome no matter who thought of it, and I can imagine young children praying that very prayer.

Oh if only we could answer that prayer for the children we profess to love.

If we really loved our children, we would make the world a safe place for them.

Sherri, the prayer is my original thought. The picture I found long ago on the net, and it started me thinking....what a mess we've made of the world our children will inherit.
