DO YOU REMEMBER WHEN?

SOME OF YOU DO, THIS IS ONE PART OF A NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC COVER PHOTO....that has been used over and over and then some more on the internet, magazines, newspapers, television and video.......of a beautiful green eyed woman of Afghanistan. It appeared on the cover of NGS while the Soviet Union vs Afghan Peasants War was still a fight. It was a fight that the Soviet Union (First into outer space)let mothers and fathers spill the precious blood of their sons.....fighting over, fighting over what. Poppy fields..........you see the Soviets knew the USofA was a drug addicted democracy on the verge of collapse. You can listen to the lies of many, that would say I'm stupid. But me thinks not. So, how come I'm blogging about this? Here's Why......the drug addicts of Wall Street, back alleys and government buildings of the USofA....have this fine young mans blood on their hands.

There are a few journalists who have touched upon the easy parts of this problem, but it is so complex because you don't have a clue as to if your pastor, teacher, banker, congressman, mother, daughter, son, uncle, neighbor or the president of your nation is a DRUG ADDICT.
AND, you are afraid to look into the matter, for fear that someone you love has the blood of slaughtered Afghanistans, Mexicans or Columbians on their hands.

I am blogging again, with a passion. I hate the thought of fine young soldiers dying for your love of opium, marijuana or cocaine.

This is going to be my research project, and who knows I may find things that endanger me..........I'm serious about this, your drug problem is killing people all over this planet, and the billions wasted on drugs in the USofA, and the cost of fighting one war after another for the free flow of drugs, and the cost of protecting the few remaining citizens not addicted to drugs, and policing our borders, and burying the murdered........yes that cost is many times more than the national debt. I don't need government figures, it is obvious to anyone who is not afraid of the truth.

I am diligently trying to refrain from acting like the 'Bush Haters' who spewed nothing but crass hatred towards a good human being while George W. was president. Obama is my president, but it behooves me to keep my sense of humor. A sense of humor is a great thing when used constructively and decently. I would suggest to our president that he ditch the teleprompter.

No his speeches would not be as elequant if they came from his heart and not his chief speech writer, but I would much rather listen to him speak from the heart. So what if there were a few ah's in his speech. Try this someday....

Take your convictions and bare them to 300,000,000 people...you might sound a little like George W, or Barack. Thinkers think while speaking, and the ahs fill up time the speaker is spending weighing his or her words.

Yes you may have heard that his last press conference was one conducted without a teleprompter. Not so fast folks.....there was a 52 inch flatscreen on the White House press room wall, which no reporter mentioned. The big screen scrolled the presidents prepared speech and provided quick answers for him when he was ask questions.

But let's get serious now for a second. When one laughs at, or points to a persons funny behavior, they should also then present something good to weight the discussion with credibility. I'm a thinker, not a hater like the 'Bush Haters' of the 2000-2008.

Michelle Obama is a fine first lady, in a line of wonderful women. With few exceptions, I have had more respect for all of the first ladies in the past 50 years then their spouses. Michelle Obama is correct in suggesting to the populace that growing a garden is cool and the Lord knows we are going to need to eat something when Barack turns our dollar into cents. That is the change he promised. Save a tree, let Obama run the economy.

Good job Michelle, now get some good home cooking into Barack and maybe he can put on a few pounds. He has a hard task ahead and needs all the energy he can summon.

Seriously now, America needs to get to work, all of us, even those out of work. All should turn to the only thing in America still worth what it was worth in 2000....that is America. The land America. I'll be growing a garden this year, and won't be using a teleprompter anytime soon.

Sit down and listen up, it’ll be worth your while.

You’ll never believe this, but on my return run back to the city tonight, I noticed what looked like a person face down on the shoulder of the road. I stopped as soon as I could get my diesel truck safely over on the shoulder, set the brakes and quickly climbed down to the road. I ran back (well ran may be stretching it a bit, cut and paste, walked quickly, for ran) to see if I could help.

Out of breath, I finally made it to where the person was. Yes it was a person, a man, and the man was obviously inebriated for he was crawling on all fours.

Well, not exactly on all fours….he was using two feet and one hand to crawl down the side of the highway. In his free hand he had one of those Blackberries, Blueberries or whatever they are. You know, those miniature computers with wireless cell phone internet.

It really was an eerie sight. Pitch black night, and a drunk crawling along the side of the highway, using his little handheld’s LCD Display to light his way.

I walked along side of him for a short while, but finally had to ask…… “Excuse me sir, do you need help?”

The drunk stopped crawling and painstakingly slow, sat up and while his head was swaying north to south, slurringly* informed me.

“Nah…..I’z got Google Earth mappin me way home.”

According to an article in the September 21, 2006 San Diego-Union Tribune, a bank robber suspect dubbed the ‘Bumbling Bandit’ was arrested on August 29^th. Earlier that month on August 12^th it is alleged that this hapless bandit, robbed a Bank of America in the San Diego suburb of Grantsville, California.

According to witnesses, the BB (bungling bandit) entered the bank lobby with a gun, his face covered with a Ronald Reagan mask and wearing a long cape.

After banishing the gun, BB was given money, but that was about the only thing that went right that day. Running away from the robbery scene, BB had trouble seeing clearly out of the eyeholes of the Ronald Reagan mask, and his handgun got tangled up in his cape, and down he went…..in the bank lobby. Oh, that was not the end of this caper (pun intended).

BB managed to make it to his get-away car, an SUV parked near the bank, but he found that the SUV was blocked front and rear by delivery vehicles, so he had to smash his way out of the parking space. Inching his way back and forth he finally managed to plow his way back to the roadway. It was about this time that the red dye in the bandits’ money bag went off forcing him to abandon his SUV. The police found the SUV with the mask he had used, a gun and a $50 bill.

Maybe, you think, good ole boy BB learned his lesson about parking get away cars. Guess again, BB still has problems in selecting parking places, in fact his lack of selecting parking space, is the reason he was captured. BB was arrested on the campus of UCSD because he parked in a parking spot reserved for the university faculty. Evidence found in his car linked him to the Grantville bungled bank robbery. And his DNA matched that of DNA on the mask he left in the SUV. Yes BB, needs education, and I don’t think anyone will ever mistake him for a faculty member of a university. A Ronald Reagan mask? Long cape? Thought you’d enjoy this one.

I sure didn’t stay out of politics very long. About twelve hours, LOL. Here I am making a liar of myself. But all for a good reason. I wish to demonstrate how hasty decisions based on emotions, not fact, or logic, can hurt in the big picture of things.
The top picture here is a picture of my brand new pickup truck. A Nice Toyota Tundra Double Cab, isn’t it? It is quality through and through. Some time earlier this year I read the article I now post here. When it was time to shop for a new truck I went to the usual places, The Dodge Dealer, Chevy and GMC dealer and the Ford Dealer like I always do. But I added one more stop to the shopping trip this time, Toyota. I had never bought an automobile or truck that had a foreign name, before this purchase. As I checked the Toyota out, these actions taken by the UAW officials in this article weighed heavy on my decision.

Facing intense criticism, UAW President Ron Gettelfinger reversed his decision to ban Marine Corps reservists driving foreign cars or displaying pro-President Bush bumper stickers from parking at the union's Solidarity House headquarters in Detroit.
Wounded by what they consider an unpatriotic ambush, the Marines rejected the union's olive branch and secured an alternative parking lot.
"I talked to Ron; I let him know that I understand he has rescinded his decision," said Lt. Col. Joe Rutledge, a top-ranking officer at the reserve infantry rifle battalion. "However, I've made my decision -- either you support the Marines or you don't."
The UAW's reversal Monday followed a barrage of criticism from both union members and nonunion members. The dispute became instant fodder for such Web sites as The Drudge Report and various radio programs.
The News received hundreds of e-mails Sunday and Monday about the controversy, the majority criticizing the UAW's decision.
"I have never belonged to the unions, but I've always bought (domestic) brand cars," Jenny Pulcerm 74, of Harrison Township. "Right now, I'm driving a Chrysler. But the next car will definitely not be union-made."
Outside the Marine reservists’ headquarters, it wasn't hard to find signs of hard feelings. A Toyota pickup truck parked in front of a phalanx of military Humvees sported three bumper stickers. One touted Semper Fi, the Marines' motto, the second was a Bush/Cheney campaign sticker and the third an anti-UAW sign.
The UAW decision to ban Marines struck a nerve with many who say U.S. armed forces deserve more respect, especially during a time of war.
And certainly, some said, Marines should be able to support their commander in chief, President Bush, without facing repercussions.
"The Marines who fought at Iwo Jima -- including yours truly -- and those who are now in Iraq, took an oath to defend this country and its citizens," said Russ Paquette, an 87-year-old lawyer from St. Clair Shores and former commanding officer of the 1st Battalion, 24th Marines. "There is nothing in the oath which indicates that we Marines will only fight for citizens who drive certain automobiles, or who voted in the last election for a certain president."
But many of those who weighed in said the episode changed their opinion of the UAW. Bill Reiber of Vista, Calif., whose son is serving in Iraq, is trading in his Chevrolet S-10 pickup for a vehicle made by a foreign automaker.
"I'm looking at the Toyota Tacoma," he said. "What (the UAW) did, it just wasn't right. These are Marines and they have a right, like anybody else in America, to express their First Amendment rights."
Lt. Col. Rutledge said he's anxious to get past the dispute and get back to business. Owners of a nearby apartment complex have agreed to allow reservists to park on their premises.
"I know people are incensed by this thing," Rutledge said, "but in the big scheme of things, what I do is train Marines and I'm preparing these guys to go overseas."

It's a sad occasion, but it had to happen. I had to completely delete a blog of mine today. It was one I started in 2005, called Liz and Condi in 2008. So much for my political future telling. Elizabeth Dole will have to start living as a citizen again, BUT Condi will bounce back. She just might become the first female commissioner of the NFL. Yes, the flag at half mast was a little too much, but I am torn betwixt two thoughts. Obama, the next president of the nation I love, may grow into the job. I may even hear him say the words someday in a convincingly plain manner, “I love America”.

I hope President elect Barack Hussein Obama loves the nation I love, I really and truly do. If he does, I’ll forgo any criticism of his decisions in his rookie year, or even years. No one can study at a University of Higher Learning a course…. “How to be a President of the United States of America 101!

There are only a few humans (all men) who are experienced at the job, and aren’t they a motley bunch?

They are, they ALL had faults, but the USofA survived.

Every ex-president alive today, is one who lived in the peoples White House while I was driving diesel truck. I respect all of them for doing a job no one but thugs and crooks would want to do. After all, does the president of the USofA make as much in salary in a year as the head honcho of the drug trade in Milwaukee?

I wish Barack Hussein Obama the best of times, may he grow into a president who has nothing in common with Bill Ayres, irreverent Rev Wright, and other marxist friends of his from his past. If he is but a puppet for the marxist George Soros, and starts acting as such, I will start writing about his unAmericanism. Until then, from the bottom of my emotional being, I wish Barack Hussein Obama only good. May he reciprocate.

Why am I a little hesitant? You ask?

One thing any thinking person will agree with me on is this; in his two year path to the Taxpayer’s White House, BHO criticized America over and over again. He even did it overseas, and the world loved it. He criticized the nation I LOVE more than he criticized the one he ran for president against. I want to hear Obama say something patriotic about America. We’ll just have to wait and see. Run a nexus search on ‘Obama blames’ Obama accuses, Obama points out, etc. etc. A mans word is his bond, Yes I know that belief is ancient behaviour, but it served the USofA well in the past.

One last thing, watch this before it disappears. Freedom of expression is the first freedom we all will lose if Marxism is really the name of the game. Watch a celebration of people who tore down the wall, and I dare you to curse my favorite president of ALL TIME, Ronald Reagan.

Here is General Benedict Arnold looking longingly toward England while still a commissioned officer in the Continental Army, of the USofA. Old Benedict took a huge sum of money from the enemy to march his troops out of West Point and allow the enemy to take over the fort. It would have been disasterous, but his written plans were discovered on the courier he sent to the enemy, in time to thwart the evil plan. Benedict escaped to England, but had a miserable life after his blood money ran out.

Here is a Dishonorable Representive of Pennsylvania in the USofA Congress. His left hand is making a point....probably trying to convince his constituents that he supports our troops. Yeah, sure.

In my opinion, the marines are innocent until proven quilty, and there is no quilt in war, it is war, and no war has ever been fought with as little civilian causualites....never....ever. Laughing is an art, I'm laughing with the children of the spoiled baby boomers, who are about to steal their parents retirement nest eggs and spread that wealth around.
That is funny to me, and I'll be as much victim as all other's my age.
Yet, I am not depressed that MY USofA, might be about to elect another actor as President.
I am going to enjoy the comedy unfolding right before our eyes.

BHO is an actor, He hates the nation he wants to lead, I call that acting. He is no Reagan, we all knew Ronald, and BHO is not worthy to shine the shoes of such a Great American, let alone lead the nation.

Think, we just may have a commander in chief that has the nuclear launch codes for our military within walking distance at all times, YET BHO would never use the football. He might give it to Bill Aryes, Louis Fakeacon, bigot Wright, or even Michelle, but he would never use it to protect the USofA. The idiot Joe Biden has been shut up for good in this election, because he could not keep a secret.

The Secret?

There will be one of these two events very soon, if BHO becomes CinC. Israel will be nuked, or a large city in the USofA will be nuked. What Joe the idiot let out of the bag is this....

With the football in BHO's hands, there would be no response to either event, other than to blame Bush.

I did a little math, and here are the results. I realized the Messiah was asking $28,500 for one sitdown meal that includes entertainment from one of his mental slaves, Babs of Hollywood; and wondered how much it would cost to have every American seated at that meal……? WOW, think how super sized that meal was. $28,500. How much do you think it would cost to have all Americans enjoy a meal like the w***** of Hollywood will be enjoying?

Friends of Barack must not be hurting like the middle class, truckdrivers, accountants, babysitters, carpenters, iron workers, ditch diggers, policemen and policewomen, firemen and firewomen, preachers, teachers, librarians and disc jockeys of America. Personally, a supper at Wendy’s with Sarah Palin, would be more appealing to me. That is if there were no Hollywood socialists there. And think about it, America's working class hardly ever has the time for a sit down supper, it is eat on the run with no live entertainment. This ad probably has done more to assure that the community organizer will not move into the White House anytime soon. That is not to say that BHO won't grow a pair someday, he just might if Michelle let's him.
